The stately Villa HUIZE ADA has been converted into 8 modern, luxury apartments.
The villa has retained its classical, rustic look and its atmospheric character from the 1930s. Characteristic style elements are particularly evident in the imposing staircase with original woodwork and stained-glass windows.

The fully furnished apartments at Huize ADA range in size from approximately 46 m² to 56 m². Each apartment features a comfortable living room with an open or semi-open luxury kitchen, fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a dishwasher, ceramic hob, combination microwave/oven, and refrigerator.
Every apartment includes one bedroom with two high-quality box-spring beds, each 2.10 meters long.
The bathroom is complete with a bathtub and shower screen, a thermostatic mixer tap, and a modern bathroom vanity. There is also a separate toilet room for added convenience.
